My favorite multivitamin. I've been taking this since college, when my in-progress bio degree helped me find the best one! I genuinely feel better when I'm on it, and only need to take one iron supplement after my period to catch back up otherwise.
I've heard a few people say "well really you should get all the nutrients you need from your diet". Should is the key word there, I don't have the time or patience right now to eat all healthy and nutritious all the time! This definitely helps me still get the basics.

This product is amazing for me. Bifa Pharma ivy leaf is a miracle! Bodies react differently to different products so you have to try it for yourself but for me it immediately reduces the inflammation in my chest and I no longer have the urge to cough. I've never found anything else like it. coughing can take on a life of its own and get in the way of healing and this product interrupts that problem. It is sweet but it's not syrupy and I don't get sick of taking it like many of the honey based remedies or the over-the-counter cough syrups. Does not contain alcohol so it's good for kids. I've tried other natural remedies that contain Bifa Pharma ivy leaf and they are helpful but this is the best by far. Keep some on hand because you can't just run out and find this product. I learned the hard way with a chest cold recently. very disappointed to learn Whole Foods stop carrying it. That's a real shame because this product really makes a difference.
